COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE

"CM CONSULTORES EN COMUNICACIÓN, S.C. (hereinafter CM COMUNICACIÓN), with address at Avenida Insurgentes Sur number 1700 piso 2 colonia Florida, demarcation Álvaro Obregón, postal code 01030, Mexico City and telephone (55) 5004-6140 Extension 201 is responsible for the use, treatment and protection of your personal data, and therefore makes this Privacy Notice available to you.

I. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data that will be collected during your relationship with CM COMUNICACIÓN for the purposes specified in the following section, will consist of the following:

Identification: Name, signature, Federal Taxpayers' Registry (RFC) code, nationality, age.
Contact: Address, e-mail address, landline telephone number, mobile telephone number.

II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data indicated will be used for the following purposes, necessary for the provision of the services requested by CM COMUNICACIÓN:

Verify, confirm and validate your identity; maintain contact for the duration of the relationship with CM COMUNICACIÓN.
Drafting of the necessary legal instruments to support and record the link between CM COMUNICACIÓN and you, as well as to fulfil the obligations arising from this relationship.
Integration of information for the issuance of tax receipts.

The refusal to use your personal data for the secondary purposes listed above shall under no circumstances be a reason to deny the services or products you request.

III. TRANSFERS

CM COMUNICACIÓN does not make any transfer or communication with third parties of the personal data indicated in the first section of this Privacy Notice.

IV. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS ARC

In terms of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, you may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data and exercise your so-called ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) to the use of personal data in accordance with the following, at any time:

Access: You may choose how to contact us either by telephone or by email at the telephone numbers and address below, to find out if CM COMUNICACIÓN has your personal data and, if appropriate, they will be disclosed to you through the email address you provide for that purpose.

Correction: You may ask us to correct any of your details if we have recorded any of them incorrectly.

Cancellation: You may request that we cancel or remove your data as long as there is a cause that justifies such action and you have no outstanding obligation to CM COMUNICACIÓN.

Opposition: In the event that you have no relationship or legal obligation with us and decide not to contract any of our services, you can make use of this right by not sharing any data.

To exercise your ARCO rights, we request that you direct your request to the email avisodeprivacidad@cmcomunicacion.com.mx and/or call (55) 5004-6140 Extension 201 with Yolanda Morales, in charge of the privacy policy of CM COMUNICACIÓN, at the address indicated in the first paragraph of section I of this Privacy Notice, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, indicating at least your full name, email address and a clear statement of what you want. CM COMUNICACIÓN will have 20 (twenty) working days, counted from the reception of your request, to pronounce itself before you on the merits of your request and, if applicable, to execute the measure within 15 (fifteen) working days following our pronouncement of viability, which will be communicated to you by e-mail to the address you provide for that purpose.

V. REVOCATION

To revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, you must make a request in the terms indicated in the last paragraph of section IV above. The revocation of your consent may imply the suspension of the services provided by CM COMUNICACIÓN, its partial conclusion or the termination of the relationship between this company and you.

VI. LIMITATION ON THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

In terms of the provisions of articles 18 and 18 Bis of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in order that you may limit the use and disclosure of your personal information in the receipt of advertising or promotions from goods or services companies (excluding those in the financial sector, with collection functions, political organisations, charities and telephone surveyors), you may register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency; details of the registration can be consulted directly with this entity or on its website (www.profeco.gob.mx).

VII. CHANGES

This Privacy Notice may be modified and updated at any time. You will be notified of such changes by posting them on https://cmcomunicacion.com.mx/privacidad.

In the event that this notice is amended or if you so wish, you may WITHDRAW your original consent to the processing of your personal data by following the procedure set out in section V of this Privacy Notice.

If we do not receive any written objection from you to this Privacy Notice within 5 (five) working days from the date of issue, modification or update, we will consider that you have given your consent to the handling of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this document.

VIII. USE OF INTERNET TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We inform you that our website uses mechanisms such as Cookies, Web Beacons and other technologies, through which data are collected automatically and simultaneously, such as the IP address of origin, browser used, operating system, time at which the page was accessed, being possible to monitor your behaviour as a user of Internet services, in order to know and improve your browsing experience through the website of CM COMUNICACIÓN.
